Obsolete Reasons for Introduction
The Bachelor of Multimedia(Honours)has been established as foreshadowed in the original proposal for the BAchelor of Multimedia. The BMM(Hons) has two streams, the Information Technology Stream and the Art and Design Stream to enable students to focus their higher studies in the discipline of their choice. This proposal seeks to establish the Multimedia Honours Information Technology Stream. The unit will provide Bachelor of Multimedia (Honours) students with advanced skills in the presentation of their ideas, explorations and research in their chosen area of specialisation in multimedia and to encourage contact and the exchange of knowledge with practitioners in the industry.
