Reasons for Introduction

Obsolete Reasons for Introduction

The Master of Business Technology features an innovative format and novel methods of instruction. Compulsory units in the course are required to adhere to this design to ensure that a consistent pedagogical approach is encountered throughout most of the course. That consistency is expected to help ensure that the course is attractive, accessible and useful to students. This unit integrates and builds upon understanding, knowledge and ability received in other units in the course, and especially in the areas of business technology, database development and management, and object oriented programming. This compulsory unit is therefore, to that extent, a capstone for the Master of Business Technology course. It unites various prior studies, and through its integration permits a detailed and deep treatment of specific, core business technology areas.
